STRUCTURE

REAM Group s.r.o. is a transparently structured company benefiting from a simple structure frame. Each project is lead by a skilled property manager who reports to the head of asset management department.

We approach each project individually; therefore, it may be required to modify the structure to meet expectations of various property owners. Our goal is to have clearly structured systems which allow a  three level control system before any decision or action is taken. This is particularly important in the asset management sector where actions may have a negative impact on the mid-term operation of buildings.

Given our “hands on approach” and internal control systems, the room for mistakes is very low. Such robust control system do not, however, mean that the decision and action making process would take a lot of time. Every stakeholder interaction is aimed to be responded to within 48 hours.
